The Rogue Support Line

First some obligatory junk: we raided, we killed stuff. On to the entertainment.

*ring ring*
Hello, and thank you for calling Rogue Support. How may I help you today?

Do you need lockpicks? well lets see. This might be one of those rare "genuine newbies" that I want to help out.

Ah, a Halfling... how quaint. You'd think they'd know not to call by now...
Mkay, I know this may be a bit of an over-generalization, or a bit harsh, but... by level 47, you deserve to get a little abuse before the right answer on this sort of question! Besides, its not a fun day unless I've abused a halfling.

hello? hello? aww, he seems to have hung up. I didn't even get a chance to link him a Splintered Wooden Key or tell him about the secret quest for sneaking down to Jugg's and retrieving the Master Key from the pot in the area before Trakanon.

Hello, and thank you for calling Rogue Support. How may I help you today?

I'm sorry, that got a bit garbled. It sounded like you asked "Can you pickpocket items?"
Normally I would abuse this person for asking about pickpocket, but I decide to give him a shot.

Besides, he's a geniune lowbie wood elf, and I'm nothing if not an EQ-racist, which works both ways. Elf power!. Excuse me, its gnome-punting break time.

Ok, we're back.

Well, it sounds like this is yet another person who just had his bubble burst. Probably had a level 20 cleric and thought the rogues were striking it rich and not paying him for the Cats Eye Agate's he used on symbols, so created a rogue to get even.
Or he might have just been a slightly disillusioned young rogue. No harm, no foul.

See? We at the Rogue Support Line don't always abuse our callers.

-Have a nice day-
